SALES TAX: A copy of your California resale or
wholesale permit should be faxed or mailed to our office at the time the
order is placed to avoid paying sales tax. Other states do not have
to pay sales tax at this time.
PAYMENT:
PayPal will accept your credit card.
Payment may be made by business check, bank check, C.O.D., PayPal, or money order.
You will be notified by E-Mail or phone as to the exact amount of the invoice
and the exact time of shipment.
SHIPPING: Shipping will be by U.S. Priority Mail with parcel tracking.
You will have to sign for the parcel. The cost of shipping,
insurance and handling charges will be $5.00.
TIME TO DELIVER: Orders for gemstones that are on the web pages will
be shipped the following day if the order was received after 1:00 P.M..
Large special orders will be placed with the cutting factory in Jaipur, India.
Shipping and customs takes from ten to fourteen days. You will
have the stones delivered to your door by US Priority Mail within three days of
their arrival in the USA.
RETURNS: All stones are guaranteed to be as represented and if for any
reason you are not happy with the parcel you may return the unaltered parcel
within 10 days for a full refund except for the shipping charges. Each
parcel will be double checked to insure accuracy in weight and
quality.
